Kumara Availability of land for habitat, forest cover and agricultural production are very much limited in the world and it is almost one fifth ofthe entire surface ofthe globe. As of today, it is estimated to number the population of the world to be 7.069 billion by the (USCB). The USCB estimated that the world population exceeded 7 billion on March 12,2 0 1 2 . The population growth rate peaked at 2.2% in 1963, and had declined to 1.1% by 2011 and expected to increase to 80 million per year by 2040.
