Artificial intelligence (AI) integration into HR procedures has become crucial
for increasing recruiting efficiency as technology transforms organisational
activities. AI solutions such as chatbots, resume screeners, applicant tracking
systems (ATS), and automated interview platforms are being used by
businesses all around Sri Lanka to expedite their recruiting procedures. The
operational efficacy of these technologies has received most of the emphasis in
prior studies, while their influence on recruiter satisfaction has received less
attention. This study looks at the effects of AI-driven hiring tools on the job
satisfaction of recruiters in Sri Lanka who work in various organisational
contexts. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 110
recruitment professionals through an online survey. Statistical analysis,
including descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression, was
conducted using SPSS. The findings indicate that AI-powered job boards,
chatbots, and resume screening tools significantly contribute to recruiter
satisfaction, whereas AI-powered interviews have a less pronounced effect.
These insights highlight the importance of aligning AI implementation with
organisational efficiency and the experience and satisfaction of recruiters. |
