| dc.description.abstract | A myriad of technological advancements such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR) have changed the business landscape. VR is an emerging technology which shows mounting importance when it comes to creating not only a diverse, but also a realistic environment with rich sensory stimulation, immersive experiences, and spontaneous stimulation (Chen et al., 2019) which serves as one of the critical developmental milestones which affects the business operations by altering the business practises. Interestingly, the business world has entered into an era which is powered by next-generation technologies such as VR, especially by making them a part of their cultural element. Notably, this technology has now entered into the people management aspect as well. | en_US |
