| dc.description.abstract | Diversity, equity, and dignity are the three elements that must be protected in the workplace in the increasingly cross-border business world. In order for a vehicle to run properly, all its components must actively contribute. Also, in order for a business to achieve success, all employees must actively contribute. The employee works with motivation i.e. willingly only when all three aspects of diversity, equity, and dignity are balanced. This article highlights the importance of properly managing diversity, equality, and dignity in the workplace and examines its benefits. In any country as well as in any institution, there are people of different races, different religions, men and women, belonging to different cultures, people of different ages and people with different disabilities. These differences that you and I know are simply called diversity. In order to run a business in a successful way, creativity presentation of new products and loyalty of employees for the organisation is also a prominent feature. If a top manager or managers of an organisation understand this diversity together, employee loyalty and success are inevitable. | en_US |
