For example, sustainable HRM involves implementing practises such as green training programmes, educating employees about environmental stewardship, and encouraging environmentally friendly behaviours in the workplace. Additionally, it fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, promotes fair treatment and equal opportunities for all employees, thereby enhancing overall organisational resilience and reputation. Sustainable HRM emphasises ethical labour practises and supports employee well-being through initiatives that balance work-life harmony and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth. Through these efforts, sustainable HRM helps organisations reduce their carbon footprint, improve employee satisfaction and retention, and create positive social impact, ultimately leading to long-term success and sustainability in a rapidly changing world. | en_US |
