dc.description.abstract M. zeylanica is endemic to Sri Lanka as a wild mango species. RAPD analysis was used to assess the genetic diversity of M. Zeylanica. Primer OPA -12 was the most useful in genetic diversity studies of Etamba. Intra- specific variation was found in the population of M. zeylanica even within the same climatic zones. en_US
