dc.description.abstract Job performance is one of the most important dependent variable and is associated with both employee and organizational-level outcomes. Extensive literature review shows that employee performance is multidimensional construct and the most frequently used dimensions of job performance are task performance, contextual performance, adaptive performance and counterproductive performance. en_US
