Abstract:
It gives me a great pleasure to thank many friends from the hotel industry, lecturers and who helped me immensely to make this effort a success. Undoubtedly, this is a tedious process. Nevertheless, I did it with enthusiasm and inspiration. Let me; in the first place, be privileged to thank sincerely my dearest advisers Mr Rohan Laksiri senior lecturer of the University of Ruhuna and Mr Siraj Morugama the southern team leader and former team leader Mr Ruwan of World University Service of Canada for their valuable advice. I thank Mr Chanaka ECO of Chamber of Matara and directors giving me in advocating this opportunity to do research. I am much indebted to them.
