dc.description.abstract Human resources in the work environment and ethics are valuable concepts that have a unique relationship. Simply this is the responsibility of any company and organisation. Human resources is the strength, skills, and experience of the employees working in the organisation who work effectively for the organisation’s operations and efficiency. Human resources can be likened to a truly valuable resource as well as a unique storehouse. Such valuable resources include recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and Benefits. Human resources play a unique role in a positive work environment. In the culture and environment around us, ethics is a set of principles that guide everyone in the organisation to decide right and wrong. Ethical principles, standards, and norms are created and this is simply for the purposes and goals of the organisation norms are systematically created in that environment by top management (Christopher et al., 2012). Ethics is a common and important element to have in any environment, be it traditional or technical. Organisations are changing with time and are not limited to just one frame that should move forward but between that framework and the outside world, ethics is something that must exist, while also imagining a deeper analysis. en_US
